In the morning the buffet is laid out with freshly cut fruit, hot dishes kept warm in chafing trays, coffee and tea.

From the kitchen
Cared for from ingredient to plate
The restaurant has served guests since 2018. Every dish is looked after from choosing the ingredients, through the cooking, to the moment it is plated.
Our kitchen team learned their craft through years of real service, and still cook with the same care as on the first day.
The room
Warm enough to linger, easy for a quick meal
A spacious dining room with plenty of light, white columns and tall windows that let the daylight in.
Dressed tables and wooden chairs make it comfortable for a long meal, yet easy when you are short on time.

Overlooking Phuong Luu Lake
Outside the restaurant windows lies Phuong Luu Lake. In the morning the water is still and the palms along the shore catch the early sun.
