The room
80 square metres, laid out the way you need
The room is 80 m², with curtained walls on both sides and tall windows that let in daylight and look out over Phuong Luu Lake. Set it up classroom-style for training, in rows for a large conference, or as group tables when the day is about discussion. The same room, arranged differently each time.
It takes up to 100 people, yet a meeting of fifteen does not feel lost in it: tables, linen and aisles are rearranged to suit the number of guests.
Equipment
What a meeting needs, already in the room
A projector and screen at the front, a lectern for the host, flipcharts for capturing ideas, and speakers with wireless microphones so the back row hears clearly.
Bring your laptop and your content; the 3MG team has the rest ready before you arrive.
Between sessions
Water at every seat, refreshments at the back
Each seat has a bottle of water and a glass; at the back of the room a refreshment table lets the group take a break without leaving the room.
If you would like a tea break or lunch for the group, just say so when you book the room and the hotel restaurant will prepare it.
